Job Overview

AREAS OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Control system & program design
(i) Cooperate with mechanism design engineer to clarify design details;
(ii) Set project schedule and technical specification;
(iii) Review tool design concept;
(v) Conduct control system electrocircuit design for new machine;
(vi) Conduct PLC and control panel program design for new machine;
(vii) Conduct control system fabrication ,setup and adjustment for new machine;
(viii) Pack up related information to apply fixed asset.
in order to ensure the new assembly tool meet all related requirements.
New Assembly Tool Qualification
(i) Conduct and follow sample making and new assembly tool improvement in order to ensure the new assembly tool meet the schedule;
(ii) Conduct testing and qualification with mechanism design engineer for new assembly tool in order to ensure the new assembly tool meet the requirement;
(iii) Release to mass production after getting approval and provide support in order to ensure the transfer to mass production is smooth.
Project Cost Estimation
(i) Estimate the equipment cost;
(ii) Participate in the supplier selection and provide recommendation from engineering aspect;
in order to control cost and select a qualified supplier.
Drawing Management and Standardization
(i) Pack up and pigeonhole all drawings and control program;
(ii) Check all drawings drafting to meet TE drawing standard;
(iii) Conduct the common fabric standardization .
in order to manage the drawing better to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
Electrical engineer guidance
Coach, train and develop electrical engineer & Tech.,in order to their technique could be succeed and continuous upgraded.
Project Feasiblity Evaluation
Evaluate the new project feasibility in order to ensure the new project is necessary and valuable.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bechalor degree and electrical related background
5 year working experiences
